Dom Kulture

Dom Kulture

On the site of the former institution of Dom Kulture in the heart of Novi Sad, at 4 Ignjata Pavlasa Street next to the Youth Theatre, there is a club space of the same name intended for holding concerts, parties and performances. Dom Kulture was opened in September 2019 and since then it has hosted numerous bands, stand-up comedians, as well as audience who enjoyed theatre and cabaret performances. The space can host more than 500 people, which makes it ideal for raising the cultural and artistic scene of the capital of culture.

Dom Kulture is located, therefore, next to the Youth Theatre, which was founded in 1931 as a puppet theatre, and five years later moved into the House of King Alexander I the Unifier. The modern building was designed by Đorđe Tabaković, one of the most important Novi Sad architects between the two world wars.
