Hansel and Gretel

Another copyright work by Marija and Branislav Cvijić, the children’s opera ​​’Hansel and Gretel’ will be performed in the Bukovac Cultural Station on 13 January at 5 p.m.

‘Hansel and Gretel’ ​​is one of the most popular fairy tales in children’s literature. The Brothers Grimm wrote it at the beginning of the 19^th century. The association of artists Visoko C had the idea to present the fairy tale to the youngest in the form of a children’s opera.

The children’s opera ‘Hansel and Gretel’ ​​is envisaged in two acts in which three characters appear: Hansel, Gretel, and the Witch. We will try to influence the youngest with different emotions. It alternates emotions that are artistically shown to children: joy, sadness, anger, despair, are just some of them. With singing, acting, stage movement and interesting scenography, the famous story is brought to life in which children will learn to enjoy opera.
